There was an explosion this morning shortly before 7:30A at the Port Authority Bus Terminal in NYC. The NYT reports that two people are in custody. This story is breaking, but early reporting suggests that a pipe bomb exploded prematurely, missing the intended target. The Port Authority bus station was evacuated and shut down.
