The White House has released parts of their immigration plan. We break it down below. The NYT reports that Donald Trump had ordered Special Counsel Robert Mueller to be fired last summer. It's worth pointing out that WH Reporter April Ryan reported this very thing last summer. The GOP has been mostly silent on this revelation, with a few exceptions. And Trump responded from Davos with this: Fake news. You know how you feel on Super Bowl Sunday when the team you dislike and bet against takes the field? That’s how folks on the left may feel come Tuesday when 45 delivers his first State of the Union address. The Dems have tapped 37-year-old Congressman Joe Kennedy III (D-MA) to deliver the Democratic response. And in some good ole fashion partisan pettiness, Congressman Mark Pocan (D-WI) is bringing Randy “the Iron Stache” Bryce as his guest. Bryce is challenging House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI) for his seat in Congress. Any chance the Iron Stache will show up in uniform and stare at Ryan the entire time and crack his knuckles? Am I the only one who watched WWE in the ‘80s? Sometimes it’s a mind game. That could be their flush. Speaking of flush, the President and First Lady asked the Guggenheim’s Chief Curator to borrow a painting by Vincent van Gogh for their private living quarters. The response? Nope. But they did offer the Trumps a golden toilet. It was the creation of contemporary artist Maurizio Cattelan -- in a public restroom on the museum’s fifth floor for visitors to use “should the President and First Lady have any interest in installing it in the White House,” the curator wrote. And, in world-ending news, the Doomsday Clock is now just two minutes to midnight -- the symbolic hour of the apocalypse. So before we all meet our end, I’m off to the Big Apple. You can catch me this morning in the 11A hour on Fox News; at 6P, I’ll be joining our namesake The Beat with Ari Melber; and on Sunday, I’ll return for some AM Joy with Joy-Ann Reid. Tune in! We’re kicking off the weekend with this...
