Donald Trump’s $4.4 trillion budget proposal that he sent to Congress on Monday calls for drastic cuts to domestic programs and yuuge increases in military spending. FYI: this budget has zippy chance of passing in the Republican-controlled Congress. We take a look below at some of the domestic programs Trump wants to slash.
