During his remarks to Governors yesterday, Donald Trump weighed responses to the mass shooting at a high school in Florida, discussing options such as arming teachers and reopening mental institutions. He also said that, unlike the armed deputy who failed to enter the building, he would have rushed into the school, even unarmed, had he been there.
