Obama Breaks His Own Twitter Record

Yesterday, we told you former President Barack Obama’s tweet quoting Nelson Mandela featuring a 2011 picture of him greeting kids at a day care facility near Sasha’s school was the third-most liked tweet in Twitter’s history. Now, POTUS44 has broken his own record. With more than 3.1 million likes already, it’s the most “liked” tweet in Twitter history. A spokesperson for Twitter said the tweet broke the record just after 10P on Tuesday. That was hours after Donald Trump defended white supremacists in his most recent remarks about the domestic terrorist attack that happened on Saturday in Charlottesville, VA. More here.
