Beef Between Omarosa and April Reignites at CBCF ALC '17 Gala

At the CBCF ALC '17 gala on Saturday night, co-host Anthony Anderson may have reignited the beef between WH reporter April Ryan and Omarosa. Anderson apparently made a comment in jest about Omarosa being outside and unable to get into the dinner (the WH staffer was actually already inside). April tried to keep her composure and dismissed the comment while some in the audience booed the mention of Omarosa’s name and others laughed. As the dinner proceeded, Omarosa tweeted an insult about April (which has since been deleted) which read, “It’s so sad that a person has a 20 year career and their big break (TV, Hosting, Awards) only comes because of me and DJT. You are welcome!!!” To which April replied via Twitter, "I was on a book tour and on tv before any of you all were at the White House. Don't flatter yourself.” Apparently, that wasn't the only beef that happened that night. April and Anthony had quite the jovial exchange over HBCUs. April, a graduate of Morgan State, reminded Anderson, a graduate of Howard University, that Bears eat Bison. Ooooh! More on the Omarosa Twitter beef here.
