Changes to the CNN Roster
CNN is making some changes to their roster. They have named reporter Jim Acosta Chief White House Correspondent. Acosta has emerged as a nemesis of the Trump administration for his hard-hitting, pointed questions during the daily press briefings and the occasional Donald Trump press conferences. His previous title was Senior White House Correspondent, and he has covered the Obama and Trump administrations for CNN since 2013. The Cuban American Virginia native has been with the network since 2007. The news network also announced that Senior Washington Correspondent Joe Johns will leave the White House beat to cover the midterms and national politics. The American University Law School graduate has been a staple at the network since 2004 when he was hired as a Congressional Correspondent. Before that, he spent ten years at NBC News. Congrats, Joe and Jim!More here.
