Trump Eyes Justice Sonia Sotomayor’s Seat

Axios reports that Donald Trump is already eyeing the seat of Justice Sonia Sotomayor. They say sources who've spoken to the president about the Supreme Court say he tells them he thinks he'll have four justices on the high court by the end of his first term. He already has Justice Neil Gorsuch. And, of course, there are the rumors that Justice Anthony Kennedy will retire. Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, aka the Notorious RBG, is in his sights. But, reportedly, he’s watching Sotomayor because of her diabetes. The source says 45 commented, "Her health. No good. Diabetes." Sotomayor has opened up about her struggles with type-1 diabetes, but she's managed it successfully since childhood. More here.
